摘  要:采用含盐量、难降解有机物较高的中水作为循环水系统补水,所产生的循环水排污水含盐量达7 200 mg/L以上、难降解有机物含量达37 mg/L以上(以TOC计)、Ca^(2+)在15 mmol/L左右。针对该循环水排污水,现有循环水排污水回用工艺存在回收率低(一般小于50%),处理后出水水质差,膜系统污堵严重、无法稳定运行等问题。针对上述存在问题,根据中水水源循环水排污水水质特点,开发了一种高回收率的中水水源循环水排污水回用工艺,并通过实验对工艺各系统性能、运行参数及处理效果进行研究。研究结果表明,该回用工艺性能稳定,循环水排污水回收率可达90%以上,处理后产水电导率<324μS/cm、含盐量<150 mg/L,可作为循环水系统补水进行回用。该工艺吨水运行费用为9.65元/t水,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。Reclaimed water was used as water source in circulating water systems, and the water has high salt content(7 200 mg/L above); high the refractory organics(37 mg/L above) and Ca2+ hardness(15 mmol/L or so) characteristics. The poor quality of treated water, severe membrane fouling,poor operational stability and low recovery(50%) were existed for the existing circulating sewage treatment process. Aimed at the problem, the high recovery treatment process of circulating sewage for the reclaimed water sources was developed, and the performance of the system, operation parameters and processing effects were discussed. The research results show that membrane system was stable and recovery of circulating water waste water was up to 90% with by the research results.In addition, the conductivity and salinity of produced water were less than 324 μS/cm and 150 mg/L, and meet the demand of make-up water quality for circulating water systems. The process tons water operation cost was 9.65 yuan/tons of water. Thus, it has a good economic and environmental benefits.
