摘 要:针对山东某化工厂生产过程中产生的酚醛工业废水具有COD高(25 g/L)、难生物降解、对微生物有较大毒性的水质特点,研究采用"多级Fenton+生化"组合工艺进行处理。其中"一级Fenton+水解酸化+UASB+接触氧化"作为系统的核心技术,有机污染物主要在这一工艺环节中被去除;进而采用"二级Fenton+曝气生物滤池+三级Fenton"这一深度处理工艺,废水中剩余的污染物进一步氧化降解,再通过活性炭滤池过滤后,其出水COD降至约为94.9 mg/L,满足小于100 mg/L的要求。其他指标通过本工艺亦完全达到排放标准。The wastewater in a chemical plant located at Shandong Province showed characteristics of high COD(25 g/L), hard biological degradation and toxic to microorganisms. In this study, a combined process of "multiple Fenton oxidation-biochemistry" was proposed for the wastewater treatment.The core technology was the "primary Fenton oxidation-hydrolysis acidification-UASB-contact oxidation" process, in which most organic compounds were removed. The "secondary Fenton oxidation-BAF-thirdly Fenton oxidation" process was then employed for advanced treatment, in which the remaining pollution could be degraded further. After that treatment of carbon filtration, the COD of effluent was down to just 94.9 mg/L, which was lower than 100mg/L and met the requirement of emission standard. The test results also showed that the other indexes of wastewater dealt by this new technology reached the discharge standard as well.
