摘  要:针对聚酯化纤废水成分复杂、水质波动大、可生化性差、废气具有生物毒性等特点,采用臭氧催化氧化、固定化曝气生物滤池、生物强化、MBR、碳滤组合工艺处理该类纺织废水和废气。实际运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,其中臭氧催化氧化+固定化曝气生物滤池+MBR对COD的除去率达到76%,生物强化技术的应用使废水COD降解率在原有的基础上提高了16.4%。出水达到GB/T 18920-2002的城市绿化水指标,废气排放达DB 12/524-2014标准。该处理工艺可为该类生产废水和废气的处理提供借鉴。Since the polyester fiber production wastewater was characterized of complicated composition, fluctuation of water quality, poor biodegradability and exhaust gas of biologic toxicity, the combined process of ozone catalytic oxidation, immobilized biological aerated filter, bioaugmentation, MBR and carbon filtration was used to treat the wastewater and exhaust gas. The results showed that the process had stable operation, the removal rate of the combination process of ozone catalytic oxidation, immobilized biological aerated filter, and MBR reached 76%, and the application of bioaugmentation improved the degradation rate of COD in wastewater 16.4%. The effluent reached the standards for urban afforestation water in GB/T 18920-2002, and exhaust gas reached the standards of DB 12/524-2014, which could provide a reference for similar wastewater treatments.
