摘　　要：信息化战争条件下我军文化工作面临着严峻的挑战,我们应从工作时间、工作空间、工作内容等方面思考军队文化工作遭遇的现实困境。军队文化工作应遵循实战化原则、一体化原则、自由自觉原则,要研究每条原则下面应具体采取的策略进路。而所有关于信息化战争条件下军队文化工作的想定与实施,都离不开专业的人才队伍,分层培养、分类培养、集中培养等思路,均有利于提升军队文化工作的人才培养质量。Our army＇ s cultural work is under serious challenge in the circumstance of information war. What we need do is to think about the present problems of military cultural work from the angles of work time, work space and work content. The military cultural work must follow the principles of actual combat, integration and freedom and conscientiousness, and study the strategies and measures taken under the principles. As all the scenarios and implementation concerning the military cultural work in information war need professional talents, ideas like stratification training, classification training and concentration training will benefit to improve talent training quality of military cultural work.
