摘  要:采用一步水热合成法制备La^(3+)掺杂Bi PO_4纳米粉末,利用XRD、EDS、SEM、BET、UV-Vis、XPS等手段对La^(3+)-Bi PO_4的形貌、结构、光谱特征、表面化学组成等做了表征和分析。以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,考察了La^(3+)-Bi PO_4的催化活性,并探讨了La掺杂提高Bi PO_4光催化性能的机理。结果表明:La掺杂使纳米Bi PO_4的晶粒生长受到抑制,比表面积增加,带隙变宽,出现氧空位,光生电子-空穴对复合几率降低。La^(3+)-Bi PO_4光催化活性明显高于未掺杂的Bi PO_4,紫外光照射下,90 min内,2%La^(3+)-Bi PO_4对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达95%,光催化反应速率是Bi PO_4的3.7倍。La^3+-doped Bi PO4 photocatalysts were fabricated via facile hydrothermal process.The morphologies,structures,light absorption properties,and surface chemical composition of the samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD,EDS,SEM,BET,UV-Vis,and XPS etc.,respectively.The photocatalytic activities were evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue as the targeted compound,and the doping mechanisms of lanthanum-doped for improving the Bi PO4 photocatalyst were discussed.It was found that because of doping with lanthanum the growth of crystalline size was inhibited,the specific surface area was increased,the band gap was widened,the oxygen vacancy was produced,and the combination of photo-generated electrons and holes could be decreased.In addition,compared with the pure Bi PO4,photocatalytic activity of the La^3+-Bi PO4 powder was enhanced obviously.The degradation efficiency of methylene blue in 90 min reached 95% under the UV light irradiation.The apparent reaction rate of 2% La^3+-Bi PO4 was 3.7 times higher than that of undoped Bi PO4.
