摘 要:随着医疗管理水平的提高与医疗技术的快速发展,输血成为临床关注的内容,如何进行患者血液保护是临床及输血界共同关心的问题。血液保护技术的发展,赋予了自体输血技术与操作模式新的理念和创新;医学新技术的应用使自体输血的优势得到了充分发挥,自体输血在患者血液保护中的作用和地位也越来越重要。外周血血液成分分离、血液延长保存、氨甲环酸止血等新技术的应用,以及多种自体输血方式的联合应用,极大地丰富了自体输血内涵,自体输血应用领域也得到了很大程度地拓展和创新。在发展自体输血的同时保障输血安全仍是第一位的,自体输血新技术的应用需要进一步规范并修改相应输注标准和指南,以便为自体输血新技术的推广,更好地发挥节约用血,提高输血安全水平奠定基础。With the rapid development in medical management and medical technology, blood transfusion has been a matter of clinical attention. Blood conservation has been common concerning issues of clinical transfusion. Autolagous blood transfusion techniques and operation mode do not adapt, although blood conservation techniques is developing rapidly, there- fore, it is necessary to import new ideas and technology innovation. The application of new medical techniques have the ad- vantages to implement autotransfusion, It plays an increasingly significant role in patient blood conservation. The application of peripheral blood component separation, extended blood conservation, tranexamic acid hemostasis technology, and com- bined application of several patterns of autotransfusion contribute to innovation and development. Autotransfusion is develo- ping gradually despite novel challenges, and its application fields have been expanding and innovating on a fast pace. In the mean time, the guarantee of blood transfusion safety is priority, hence, the application of autotransfusion needs to be further normalized, which lays the foundation for the expansion of new technology in autologous blood transfusion, conservation of blood and improvement of blood transfusion.
