摘 要:目的探讨2种血细胞分离机采集异体外周血造血干细胞的效果。方法对本院2013-2015年异体造血干细胞移植的供者50名进行研究,其中COM.TEC血细胞分离机采集25例,Amicus血细胞分离机采集25例。比较2组采集前后供者的Hct、Plt;产品中Plt、RBC、Hct、以及MNC细胞数、CD34+细胞数、细胞浓度。结果用Amicus和COM.TEC采集的造血干细胞供者的血小板损失率分别为17.67%和48.83%,提示用Amicus采集对供者的血小板损失较少(P<0.05);用Amicus和COM.TEC采集的终产品中血小板和RBC的混入量分别为(649±527)vs(4064±1 312)和(0.67±0.26)vs(0.95±0.52),提示Amicus采集的终产品中血小板和RBC的混入量较低(P<0.05);用Amicus和COM.TEC采集的CD34+细胞数分别为(3.53±1.97)和(4.67±2.28),提示2种机型采集效果相当(P>0.05);用Amicus和COM.TEC采集的细胞浓度和MNC数分别为(2.63±0.80)vs(3.82±0.79)和(3.23±1.19)vs(3.85±0.81),提示COM.TEC采集的细胞浓度和MNC数高于Amicus(P<0.05)。结论 2种机型都能为临床采集有效的CD34+细胞,但与COM.TEC相比,Amicus在采集过程中能有效减少血小板的丢失,特别适用于Plt低的供者。Objective To evaluate the collection efficiency of hematopoietic stem cells, which were collected from the Amicus and COM. TEC blood cell separator: Methods 50 cases of hematopoietie stem cell transplantation donors from 2013 to 2015 in our hospital were used in this study. COM. TEC blood cell separator collected 25 eases and Amiens separator collected 25 cases. The differences before and after the acquisi- tion of donor's hematocrit and platelet count were analyzed using the following parameters: the number of platelet products, red blood ceil count, hematoerit, and MNC cells, CD34^± cell number and ceil concentration. Results Using the Amiens and COM. TEC, the PLT loss rate in hematopoietic stem cell donors were 17.67% vs. 48. 83%. The mixed number of PLT and RBC were 649 ± 527 vs 4 064 ± 1,312 and 0. 67 ±0, 26 vs 0. 95 ± 0. 52. The number of CD34 ± cells were 3.53 ± 1.97 and 4. 67 ± 2. 28 and cell concentration and MNC cells were 2. 63 ± 0. 80 vs 3.82 ± 0. 79 and 3.23 ± 1.19 vs 3.85 ± 0. 81, suggesting that the acquisition by Amiens suffered less loss in donor platelets (P 〈 0. 05). The PLT and RBC in the final product were lower, collected by Amicus (P 〈 0. 05 ) and the cell concentration and MNC cells were higher, collected by COM, TEC, but the ,umber of C034^± cells has not seen significant difference. Conclusion Compared with COM. TEC, Amicus used in the acquisition process can significantly reduce the loss of blood platelet and is especially suitable for donors with low platelet counts.
