高校学生无偿献血动机分析及招募策略

摘　　要：目的了解无偿献血者群体中高校学生参与无偿献血的动机,探索适合高校学生的献血宣传模式和固定献血者招募策略。方法在烟台地区5所高校学生中随机抽取1 205名高校学生为研究对象,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法和统一问卷的形式进行现场调查。结果调查的5所高校学生献血率为35.85%,其中这部分献血者中男生献血率为42.86%,女生献血率为32.59%,男女生献血率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。对献血者动机进行分析,其中以献血光荣和帮助患者为主要驱动机素。而从影响未献血者的行为分析,主要以担心献血会感染疾病影响身体健康和以自己实际因素不符合等原因为主。结论高校大学生作为无偿献血者的重要组成部分,应当把献血宣传与高校学生的道德教育紧密结合起来,特别是有针对性地消除男女生对献血的错误认识,在高校间形成大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观的浓厚氛围,从而保障无偿献血事业的健康持续发展。Objective To further understand the motives of the non-remunerated blood donors group among college students in their participation in voluntary blood donation, to explore the most appropriate mode for recruiting college students and to establish recruitment strategies for sustaining fixed blood donation force. Methods 1 205 students in five universities in Yantai were randomly selected as research subjects. Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling questionnaire and a field inves- tigation were conducted. Results Students from five colleges had a donation rate of 35.85%, of which, 42. 86% were males, and 32.59% were females. The donation rates among males and females were significantly different （P 〈 0. 01 ）. While analyzing donors＇ motivation, they were predominantly driven by their sense of accomplishment and altruism. While analyzing students who have never donated previously, their main concerns were mainly due to fear of infection and diseases from donation and their pe^eived doubt on their compatibility to provide blood. Conclusion College students comprise an important part of non-remunerated blood donors. Blood stations should promote the benefits of blood donation and incorporate this selfless practice in the moral education in college. In parti- cular, blood stations should emphasize on dispelling misconceptions on blood donation and encouraging a strong altruistic at- mosphere on campus in order to sustain the long-term practice of voluntary blood donation.
