摘 要:脉冲激光器直驱式电源系统用主动补偿脉冲发电机(active compensated alternator,ACPA)代替传统的电容器组来直接驱动脉冲氙灯泵浦进行放电。ACPA是一种特殊结构的同步发电机,该文从作为电机负载的脉冲氙灯的物理特性出发并借鉴常规同步发电机的相关电磁设计经验,提出一种较为完善和可信的适用于该直驱式电源系统的ACPA的电磁设计方法。同时,利用Ansoft软件进行磁场有限元分析对样机的电磁性能进行核算后提出铁心优化设计方案,并在此基础上加工制造出样机。最后,将样机实验和有限元分析的结果进行对比分析,结果的一致性验证了该论文阐述的电机电磁设计方法的正确性,这种方法对其他特种同步电机的分析与设计有一定的参考价值和指导意义。The direct-driven power supply system for high energy pulsed lasers mainly consists of an active compensated alternator (ACPA) and its flashlamp load. Unconventionally, the ACPA displaces the capacitor groups to discharge the flashlamp pump directly. ACPA is a kind of synchronous alternator with special structure. This paper begins with the performance investigations of the flashlamp load, then, basing on the relevant experience in conventional synchronous generator electromagnetic design, it proposes a comprehensive and credible method for electromagnetic design of the ACPA in direct-drive power systems. Moreover, the electromagnetic properties are verified by finite element analysis with the assistant of Ansoft. Then, the optimization of the iron core design is performed and the prototype is testified. Finally, the performance results between experiments and finite element analyses exhibit a good accordance, which verifies the correctness of the proposed method. Extensively, the methodology can be applied to the analysis and design of other special motors.
