摘　　要：外阴瘙痒症是妇科最常见的疾病,各年龄组均可发病,临床上一般以滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎和老年性阴道炎、外阴白斑等较为常见,常常引起患者极大的困扰。近年来各医家对外阴瘙痒症有着各种各样的治疗方法,包括中医药、中西医结合,及物理治疗。The vulva pruritus is the most common gynecological disease,and all age groups can be disease. The trichomonas vaginitis,mycotic vaginitis,senilevaginitis,and Vulva blaze are more common clinically. And they can make patients great obsessions. Different doctors has differ-ent treatments to the vulva pruritus in resent years. Including the Chinese traditional medicine,the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and the western medicine,and other physicotherapeutics.
