摘 要:科学合理的高校教师绩效评估机制对于激励和提升教师的工作绩效,加快大学的进步与发展有着直接影响。本文通过考察高校教师绩效评估工作中存在的导向偏差现象,审视了教师绩效评估所涉及的大学公共目标问题,分析了大学公共目标对教师绩效评估的影响机理,基于公共目标的价值导向视角,提出了高校教师绩效评估改革思路。Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of university teachers is of great significance to the promotion and improvement of the work performance of teachers, and it can directly speed up the progress and development of the university. This paper summarizes the main deviation phenomena in the performance evaluation of teachers in China and analyzes the goal problems involved in the performance evaluation and explores the influence mechanism of the public goal on the perlbrmanee evaluation of teachers in Colleges and universities. As a result, the paper makes a reflection on the reform ideas of University Teachers' performance evaluation based on the perspective of public goals of the University.
