摘　　要：目的评价骨科优质护理服务项目分级落实表临床应用效果。方法设计骨科优质护理服务项目分级落实表,将骨科基础护理和专科护理服务项目分为5类42项,并应用于临床实践。2015年3月至6月的护理质量合格率、患者服务满意度、责任护士病情掌握准确率、一级护理患者服务项目落实率与2014年同期进行比较。结果两组一级护理服务项目落实率分别为97.58%和98.74%,护理服务满意度分别为95.53%和98.20%,病情掌握准确率分别为87.24%和95.12%,2015年优于2014年同期(P<0.05)。结论使用骨科优质护理服务项目分级落实表可以保证服务项目落实,提高患者满意度和服务质量。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the high - quality nursing project form in the orthopedic department. Methods High - quality nursing project form in the orthopedic department was designed. The basic and specialized nursing services were divided into 5 categories ,42 items. Nursing quali- ty qualified rate, patients satisfaction, the accuracy rate of nursing assessment, the rate of nursing implementation were observed from March to June in 2015 and 2014. Results The rate of nursing implementation were 97.58% and 98.74% , the nursing quality qualified rate were 95.53% and 98.20%, the accuracy rate of nursing assessment were 87.24% and 95.12% , respectively,which were better in 2015 than in 2014 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of the high - quality nursing project form can fulfill the nursing implementation, and improve patient satisfaction.
