结构式风险评估在精神障碍患者保护性约束使用中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价结构式风险评估在精神障碍患者保护性约束使用中的效果。方法对照组患者采用经验性评估进行临床判断,对高危患者采用常规保护性约束;试验组患者采用结构式风险评估进行临床判断,根据不同的风险等级采取对应的干预措施。结果试验组暴力攻击行为事件的发生率、约束率降低,住院天数缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论结构式风险评估能够提高精神障碍患者暴力攻击行为风险评估的准确性,降低暴力攻击行为事件的发生,减少了保护性约束的使用,值得在精神科护理领域推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of structured risk assessment in the protective restraint of mental disorder patients. Methods Violent attack risks of patients in the control group were assessed by clinical empirical judgment and the high - risk patient received conventional protective restrain. Vio- lent attack risks of patients in the experimental group were assessed by structured risk assessment and taken measures according to different level of risk. Results The incidence of violence attacks, the rate of constraint, and length of stay in hospital decreased in the experimental group （ P 〈 O. O1 or P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Structured risk assessment can improve the accuracy of violent attack risk assessment in acute stage patients with mental disorders,reduce the oc- currence of violence incidents and the use of protection restraint.
