摘　　要：目的探讨家庭访视对老年维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为影响,为进一步的护理干预提供依据。方法选择2014年3月至2015年3月维持性血液透析老年患者200例,分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组进行常规治疗和护理,观察组在接受常规治疗和护理基础上进行家庭访视,干预时间为1年。干预前后比较两组患者自我管理行为得分,同时检测生化指标。结果经过1年的家庭访视教育干预后,观察组患者自我管理行为得分、生化指标明显好于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论家庭访视能规范老年维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为。Objective To evaluate the effect of family visit on self - management behavior in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients, so as to provide the basis for further nursing intervention. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,200 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing, and the experimental group received family visit 1 year. Before and after intervention, the scores of self - management behaviors of the two groups were compared, and the biochemical indexes were detected. Results After 1 year family fallow - up, the self - management behavior, family environment, biochemical indexes were better in the experimental group than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Family follow - up can improve self - management behavior on elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients.
