摘　　要：目的:调查马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的临床用药安全性。方法:采用整体抽样方法,调查我院使用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的300例患者的日剂量、输注速度、选用溶媒、选择溶媒的用量、配伍禁忌、不良反应等进行分析。结果:300例患者中有44例(14.7%)日剂量偏小;295例(98%)患者滴注速度偏快;2例(0.67%)患者溶媒选择欠妥;配制浓度高于说明书要求的有25例(8.3%);药物之间无配伍禁忌出现;共发现2例药品不良反应。结论:严格按照马来酸桂哌齐特注射液说明书用药是相对安全的;如果患者不能耐受说明书规定的滴注5h的时间,可以在密切观察ADR的情况下,适当加快滴注速度。Objective： To investigate the medication safety of cinepazide maleate injection. Methods： By whole sampling,the daily dosage,infusion speed,menstruum,menstruum dosage,imcompatibility and adverse reactions of 300 patients who were treated with cinepazide maleate injection in our hospital were investigated and analysed. Results： Of 300 cases,the daily dosage of 44 cases was lower（ 14. 7%）,the infusion speed of 295 cases was faster（ 98%）,the menstruum of 2 cases was improper choosed（ 0. 67%）,the concentration of menstruum of 25 cases was higher than the requirement of drug instruction（ 8. 3%）,drug imcompatibility was not found,2 cases of adverse reactions were found. Conclusion： It was relatively safe to take cinepazide maleate injection as instruction. If patients could not tolespeed the infusion speed 5h hours specified in the instruction,it was appropriate to speed up infusion in the condition of observing the adverse reactions closely.
