摘 要:针对空心玻璃微珠(HGM)在低密度钻井液中分散性较差的问题,采用实验研究、理论分析和微观分析相结合的方法开展了低密度钻井液的研制与性能评价。首先筛选了六种不同类型的添加剂开展HGM的分散性能实验研究。从微观角度对HGM与添加剂之间的相互作用进行理论分析,并采用扫描电镜对性能优越的添加剂进行微观机理分析。最后,提取分散性能良好的添加剂,根据钻井液综合性能的需要引进其他添加剂,研制了适用于低压力系数油气层钻探的低密度钻井液配方,并对其流变性能及长期的分散性能进行了评价。结果表明,研制的低密度钻井液体系组成简单、润滑性能优越,低失水、分散性能及流变性能良好。Aiming at the problem of poor dispersion of hollow glass microspheres( HGM) in low density drilling fluid,combining the methods of experimental research,theoretical analysis and microscopic analysis,the low-density drilling fluid was developed and its performances were evaluated. Firstly,six different types of additives were screened to be carried out HGM dispersion performance experiment. The interaction between additives and HGM was analyzed theoretically from the microscopic point,and the microscopic mechanism of superior additives were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. Finally,the good dispersion performance additives were extracted,and other needed drilling fluid additives were introduced to develop a low-density drilling fluid suitable for the drilling of hydrocarbon reservoir with low pressure coefficient,and whose rheological properties and long-term dispersing properties were evaluated. The results showed that this low-density drilling fluid system had the following properties:simple composition,superior lubricating property,low loss,good dispersion property and rheological property.
