摘　　要：阐述了图书馆志愿者服务的意义,分析了图书馆志愿者服务所取得的进展及存在问题,探讨了如何通过加强队伍建设促进志愿者服务可持续发展的问题。This paper expounds the significance of library＇s volunteer service, analyzes the progresses achieved and problems existing in library＇s volunteer service, and probes into the problem of how to promote the sustainable development of library＇s volunteer service through strengthening the team construction.
