SSCI收录我国社科期刊不同文献类型对影响因子的贡献度及其启示  

The Contribution of Different Literature Types on the Impact Factor of China's Social Science Journals Collected in SSCI and Its Enlightenment

摘　　要：目的:了解SSCI收录我国社科期刊不同文献类型对影响因子的贡献度,为其编辑人员今后组稿、设置栏目类型提供一定的参考。方法:利用Wo S数据库和JCR的引证分析功能,分析SSCI收录我国10种社科期刊期刊自引、不同文献类型及高被引论文对其影响因子的贡献度。结果:SSCI收录我国10种社科期刊自引贡献度都比较高,平均为29.56%;SSCI收录的我国10种社会科学期刊发表的文献类型共有7种,而对各刊影响因子起主要贡献的是Article、Review和Editorial Material,其他类型文献对期刊影响因子贡献度极小或几乎没有。SSCI收录的我国10种社科期刊高被引论文除MANAGE ORGAN REV的TOP20%提供不到50%的贡献率,其他9种社科期刊TOP20%对其影响因子贡献率均较高。结论:对SSCI收录我国10种社科期刊发表的不同文献类型对影响因子贡献度的分析结果表明,高被引论文对期刊影响因子的贡献都非常显著。为了提高期刊影响因子,期刊编辑人员应该主动挖掘本学科领域的高被引选题和研究热点、研究前沿,全方位提升我国社科期刊的学术影响力。Objective： To understand the contribution of different literature types on the impact factor of China＇s social science journals collected in SSCI,so as to provide certain reference for the editing staffs of these journals in soliciting contributions and setting column types. Methods： Using Wo S database and JCR＇s citation analysis function,to analyze the contribution of journal＇s self citation,different literature types and the high cited papers of China＇s 10 social science journals collected in SSCI on the impact factors of these journals. Results： The self-citation contributions of the China＇s 10 social science journals collected in SSCI are relatively high with an average of 29.56%; there are totally 7 literature types in China＇s 10 social science journals collected in SSCI,and the literature types producing major contribution on each journal＇s impact factor include the article,review and editorial material,and other literature types have very small or almost no contribution on the impact factors of the journals. Among China＇s 10 social science journals collected in SSCI,the contribution of TOP20% highly cited papers of MANAGE ORGAN REV is lower than 50%,while the contribution of TOP20% highly cited papers of other 9 social science journals is higher than 50%. Conclusions： The results of the analysis on the contribution of different literature types on the impact factor published in China＇s 10 social science journals collected by SSCI show that the contribution of highly cited papers on journal＇s impact factor is very obvious. In order to improve journal＇s impact factor,the journal editors should actively mine the highly cited research topics and the research hot spots should in this subject area,and comprehensively promote Chinese social sciences journals＇ academic influence.
