皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗皮炎和湿疹的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的利用Meta分析评价皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗皮炎或湿疹的疗效。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI数据库、VIP数据库、万方数据库,纳入皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗皮炎或湿疹的随机对照试验(RCT)或半随机试验,进行方法学质量评价,并采用Rev Man5.2软件进行统计分析。结果 28篇文献纳入本项研究,累计患者3 277例。Meta分析结果显示,皮肤止痒脱敏膜在提高治愈率[RR=1.85,95%CI(1.50,2.29),P<0.01],总有效率[RR=1.39,95%CI(1.24,1.56),P<0.01]和不良反应[RR=0.37,95%CI(0.22,0.64),P<0.01]方面差异具有统计学意义;而在显效率[RR=1.07,95%CI(0.97,1.17),P>0.05]和症状体征总评分(TSS)[WMD=-0.54;95%CI(-1.13,0.06),P>0.05]方面差异无统计学意义。结论皮肤止痒脱敏膜是治疗皮炎或湿疹确切的有效方法,但仍需要大样本、高质量、多中心的随机对照双盲临床试验来提供高质量的临床证据。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of velvet fleeting for treatment of dermatitis or eczema. Methods The studies involving randomized controlled trials（RCTs） or semi randomized trial were collected from the database, such as CBM disc, CNKI, VIP and Wan fang from the founded year to June 2015. After the necessary methodological quality evaluation of the selected studies, the statistical analysis was conducted by the software Rev Man 5.2. Results Twenty eight eligible reports were identifi ed in this study, including 3277 cases. The Meta-analysis results showed that velvet fl eeting in the treatment of dermatitis or eczema had higher total effectiveness and recovery than the usual cure group（P〈0.01）, which could increase recovery ratio [RR=1.85, 95% CI（1.50, 2.29）, P〈0.01] and total effective ratio [RR=1.39, 95% CI（1.24,1.56）, P〈0.01] and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction [RR=0.37, 95% CI（0.22,0.64）, P〈0.01]. Conclusion The velvet fl eeting shows defi nite curative effect in the treatment of dermatitis or eczema.
