活血解毒汤治疗银屑病血瘀证的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血解毒汤治疗银屑病血瘀证的临床疗效和安全性。方法 80例银屑病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予活血解毒汤治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,治疗12周后,进行银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分、中医主要临床症状、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、临床疗效及安全性评价。结果试验组总有效率为86.84%,对照组总有效率为50.00%,两组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组与对照组相比,PASI评分、DLQI评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组在红斑、浸润改善方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论活血解毒汤对寻常性银屑病血瘀证安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of activating blood and removing toxin decoction（huoxue jiedu decoction, HXJDD for short） in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of Blood stasis syndrome. Methods The randomized and controlled study was applied to 80 cases with psoriasis vulgaris. The treatment group was treated with HXJDD and control group was treated with placebo. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks and the effi cacy and safety were assessed. Main evaluation index included psoriasis area and severity index（PASI） score, main clinical symptoms of TCM, dermatology life quality index（DLQI） and safety indicators. Results The total effective rate of HXJDD group was 86.84%, better than the control group 50.00%, and the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group after treatment, PASI score and DLQI score of the experimental group signifi cantly reduced, and the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Signifi cant differences were found between the two groups of erythema and infi ltration. Moreover, no serious adverse reactions occurred in the both groups. Conclusion Huoxue Jiedu decoction is safe and effective for psoriasis vulgaris of Blood stasis syndrome.
