摘　　要：为了大规模推进住宅产业化并加快其发展速度,除了研究住宅产业化的技术体系、标准化程度外,还应对其具体的效益情况进行深入分析,明确效益水平。根据文献分析建立经济、环境、社会三方面的住宅产业化综合效益评价指标体系。通过问卷调查的方式,采用层次分析法确定综合效益指标整体权重列表。依据多地产业化项目数据,划分评价等级,应用集对分析理论,对我国住宅产业化的经济效益、环境效益、社会效益及综合效益进行评价,从而明确住宅产业化在国民经济、生态环境以及住宅品质等方面存在的优势与不足。For realizing the large-scale promotion and accelerating the development of housing industrialization,addition to study in the technical system of housing industry,we should deeply analyze its specific benefits and clear the benefit level. According to the literature analysis to establish the economic,environmental and social aspects of housing industrialization comprehensive benefit evaluation system. Through the way of questionnaire survey,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the comprehensive benefit index weight list as a whole. Based on much industrialization project data,classified evaluation level,utilized the set pair analysis theory to evaluate the housing industry＇s economic,environmental,social and comprehensive benefit,thus clear its advantage in the national economy,ecological environment and dwelling quality,to highlight the whole advantage of housing industrialization.
