摘 要:BIM凭借着多维展现和信息共享等优势,被公认为建筑业未来的必然趋势。现阶段我国BIM应用未能实现全寿命周期信息共享,应用水平较低,BIM在我国的推广和应用还存在很多障碍。通过分析我国建筑业BIM发展和应用现状,梳理国内外BIM应用和推广方面的研究,在政策、行业、组织等方面总结归纳出16项国内现阶段应用和推广BIM所面临的障碍,通过DEMATEL法得出各因素重要性程度排序以及相互之间的因果关系,并为BIM推广和应用提出可行建议。With the advantages of multidimensional display and information sharing,the application of BIM is widely considered as an inevitable trend in construction industry in the future. But at present, the application of BIM in our country has failed to implement information sharing during its whole life cycle. The level of BIM application is low and the promotion and application of BIM in our country still faces many obstacles. By analyzing the development and present situation of the application of BIM in the construction industry in our country and reviewing domestic and foreign researches about the application of BIM, the article summarizes 16 obstacle factors of application of BIM including policy,industry,organizations,etc. Through the DEMATEL method,the article deduces the importance of each factor and causal relationships between various factors,and finally puts forward feasible suggestions for the promotion of and application of BIM.
