摘 要:随着我国建筑业日益蓬勃的发展,建筑工程技术复杂程度越来越高,建筑供应链所面临的风险也愈显复杂。采用供应链运营参考模型对建筑供应链风险因素进行识别,利用风险分解结构对风险因素进行分类,建立全面系统的风险评估指标体系,运用多层次灰色评价模型对风险进行评估得到综合评估结果以及各级指标的具体评估结果,据此对建筑供应链风险管理提出切实可行的对策建议。并将建筑供应链风险评估模型应用到某新建机场项目供应链风险管理实践中,验证了该风险评估方法的适用性和可行性。With the booming development of construction industry,construction technology becomes more and more complex as well as the risks of construction supply chain. Researches on construction supply chain risk management are attached more importance. Supply chain operations reference model has been used to recognize the supply chain risk factors and risk breakdown structure has been used to divide the risks into six kinds including financial policy risks,natural environment risks,management risks,supply and demand risks,coordination risks and accounting risks to establish the risk assessment index system. To offer corresponding practical suggestions,the multi-level gray evaluation model has been used to evaluate the risks of construction supply chain to get a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the results of each of these indicators. Finally,the application of the method has been used in a new airport project to verify the applicability and feasibility of the risk assessment method.
