摘 要:建设项目决策阶段风险是项目风险发生的源头,加强源头的风险控制是风险管理的关键。绿色建筑决策阶段与一般建筑决策阶段又有不同,因而相应的风险管理和控制显得尤为重要。采用系统动力学的方法对绿色建筑决策阶段风险进行系统的分析,通过系统动力学风险识别反馈图模型的建立以及函数关系因素风险数值的估计,对识别出的影响绿色建筑决策阶段较大的风险因素进行了评价。并在此基础上提出了风险应对措施,以降低绿色建筑决策风险。Risk of project decision-making is the source of project risks, strengthening the control of source risk is the key of risk management. The decision-making stage of green building is different from the stage of general architectural decision-making,so the corresponding risk management and control is particularly important. This paper analyzed the green building decision-making stage risk using system dynamics method, evaluated the larger risk factors of decision-making stage of green building which were identified through risk identification system of dynamics feedback graph model and relevant numerical estimations. On this basis,the risk response measures were put forward to reduce the risk of green building decision.
