摘  要:新型高效螺旋溜槽既继承了传统螺旋溜槽,又引入了阿基来德螺旋刻槽这一摇床元素,采用柱-体分离、分段加工、扣-销连接,改善了选别效果,降低了生产成本,提高了产品性能,延长了使用寿命,安装运输灵活,维护维修简单。试验研究表明,该设备能有效地提高贫、细矿石的选别指标,具有节能、降耗、高效和环保等特点,运用前景广泛。A new-type high effi cient spiral chute not only inherited the features of traditional spiral chute, but introduced an element of the shaking table that was Archimedes spiral notch bar. The new-type chute was characterized by separation of core and column, segmental processing and connection of buckle and bolt. Its application improved the separation performance, reduced the production cost, enhanced the product performance and prolonged the service lifespan. The chute was assembled and transported fl exibly as well as simply maintained. Test study showed the chute effectively enhanced the separation indexes of poor and fi neparticle ores. It had distinguishing features such as low energy consumption, high effi ciency and environmental protection etc. It had wide application prospect.
