摘  要:采用无余量精密铸造技术与数值模拟相结合,研制生产了K4169合金下支座,并对铸件的铸造工艺进行了系统的研究。结果表明:采用冷蜡块二次成形技术,可以保证蜡模的尺寸精度及稳定性;根据模拟结果,优化了浇注系统,完善了浇注工艺,在型壳温度为T0℃,浇注温度为T_(-30)℃,获得了冶金质量合格的铸件,并且铸件合格率能够得到保证。By combining the non-shaving precision casting with numerical simulation, the K4169 superalloy lower support abutment was developed, and the casting process of this casting was investigated systematically. The results show that the dimensional accuracy and surface quality can be controlled by using secondary wax forming. And according to the simulation results, through optimizing gating system and controlling the pouring technology, the qualified casting can be gained when the mould temperature is To℃ and the pouring temperature is T_30 ℃, and it can satisfy the demands of the design and application entirely.
