摘 要:根据铸件产生粘砂的机理,对某铸铁变速箱壳体粘砂进行了分析,确认其为机械粘砂。通过采取一系列措施,消除了变速箱壳体粘砂缺陷,并实现了稳定生产。结果表明:在铸型毛细管通畅的前提下,采取减小金属液渗透压力的方法是防止机械粘砂的一条重要措施;同时减少铸型内气体的产生或者充分设置排气道,是生产优质铸件必不可缺少的条件。According to the forming mechanism of the burning-on, the burning-on defects of the transmission housing were analyzed and determined to be metal penetration. Through a series of measures, the defects were eliminated, and stable production was realized. The results show that it was an important measure to decrease the osmotic pressure of the melt that will prevent the metal penetration; at the same time, to reduce the gas in the mold and fully set the vent is the indispensable condition to produce the high quality casting.
