摘 要:针对现有的牧草打捆设备捆制长秸秆(玉米整秆)时,容易发生喂入堵塞、打结器处穿秆等问题,研究设计了侧面喂入式长秆农作物整秆捡拾压捆机,避免了同向打捆出现的打结器处穿秆和散捆等现象。开发了5杆式大直径捡拾器、半开放式喂入腔和三叉式输送喂入机构,并且利用ADAMS对三叉式输送喂入机构进行运动仿真分析,完成了整机性能试验。试验结果表明,该设备成捆率为99.7%,规则草捆率为97.5%,抗摔率为96.6%,有效解决了长秸秆在捡拾、喂入作业中出现的捡拾效率低和在喂入口处物料堆积、堵塞的问题,满足了饲草收获的需要。Aiming at the issues that the whole long straw blocked on feeding or straw pass through the knotter when the whole long straw was baled by using the existing baler, the side feeding type pick-up baler for long straw was researched and designed to avoid the phenomena such as the straw pass through the knotter and bundles scattered. A big diameter pick-up device with 5 bars, a half-open feeding cavity and a tripod type conveying and feeding mechanism was developed, and feeding mechanism was simulated by using ADAMS. The experiments were carried out. The results indicated that the fully bale rate of the baler was 99.7%, rate of the regular baler was 97.5%, rate of resisting to fall was 96.6%. The baler solved the lower picking efficiency, and the blocked straw on feeding inlet. And it met the need of forage harvesting.
