右归丸抑制肾阳虚型慢性再生障碍性贫血患者Th17细胞活化的观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨右归丸对肾阳虚型CAA患者外周血中Treg/Th17细胞功能的调节作用。方法:对2组肾阳虚型CAA患者进行干预,其中加服右归丸设为观察组,另为对照组,均治疗30 d比较2组患者治疗前后Th17细胞百分比、p-STAT3、SOCS3、IL-6、IL-17、IL-23及RORγt的表达变化。结果:治疗前后CAA患者外周血Th17细胞百分率、IL-6、IL-17、IL-23、p-STAT3以及RORγt水平均高于健康对照组,治疗后观察组上述指标低于对照组,SOCS3表达则与上述指标趋势相反。结论:右归丸在抑制Th17细胞介导的炎症反应过程中具有重要作用,它通过抑制STAT3信号发挥作用,为自身免疫性疾病提供治疗靶点。To discuss the regulating function of Yougui Pills on Th17/Treg cell function peripheral blood of the patients with kidney-Yang deficiency type of Chronic Aplastic Anemia（CAA）. Methods：Intervention were given to the two groups of patients with kidney-Yang deficiency type of CAA, the observation group took Yougui Pills on the basic treatment, and the other were set as the control group, both of the two groups has 30 days treatment, compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment with Th17 cell percentage, and the expression changes of p-STAT3, SOCS3, IL-6, IL-17, IL-23 and RORγt. Results： before the treatment, Th17 cell percentage, and the expression levels of SOCS3, IL-6, IL-17, IL-23, p-STAT3, and RORγt in the peripheral blood of the patients with CAA were much higher than the healthy control, and after the treatment, the indexes above of the observation group lower than the control group, the expression of SOCS3 were contrary to the trendency of the above indexes. Conclusion. Yougui pills plays an important role in the process in inhibiting inflammatory response which mediated by Th17 ceils, it plays the role by the inhibition of STAT3 signal, provides therapeutic targets for autoimmune diseases.
