摘　　要：阐述担截法的历史源流及各医家对其的解释,因其记载较少,后人解释不一,未引起足够重视。通过笔者的理解,指出担截法实为一种临床远端取穴方法,体现了针灸时平衡的辨证思维,通过单经络及多经络不同穴位的搭配,以疏泄经气,引导气血归于平衡,从整体出发来调整人体阴阳的偏胜偏衰,扩大其实用范围,无论对于肢体经络病变还是脏腑及全身病变,均可灵活施治,并可广泛应用于临床。The artical expounds the history and the different understanding of the ancient TCM books for the ＂Dan Jie＂ method. It has not been paid attention enough so far because of the less records. So the author holds a different opinion, point that the ＂Dan Jie＂ method is a selection of distant points method. According to differentiation of syndromes and the difference points selection of meridian system, the therapy was applied in order to invigorate meridians, regulate Qi and blood to balance,Zang and Fu organs in harmony. As a kind of clinical treatment, it embodies the principle of balance for acupuncture, to regulate the hyperactivity and the deficiency of Yin-Yang. It has expanded the application range of the method. Based on this theory, ＂Dan Jie＂ method can be widely used in no matter for the body meridians and collaterals disease, or the Zang-Fu organs disease.
