摘  要:对国内外标准中预制构件脱模吸附力取值进行对比,并讨论了脱模验算控制指标和计算模型,提出了减小脱模吸附力的措施。研究结果表明,各国标准均采用等效静力荷载的方式考虑脱模吸附力,我国标准脱模吸附力取值与美国PCI手册取值相当,但比德国标准偏低;中国标准和PCI手册均要求预制构件脱模时不开裂;可采用等代梁模型对预制板进行脱模验算。The demoulding loads for precast concrete element in different standards were compared,including Chinse standards,PCI manual and Germany standard,and the control criterion and checking method for demoulding were discussed and the reducing methods for demoulding load were promoted. The results of research indicated that equivalent static load was used to consider demoulding load in the standards. The values of demoulding load in Chinese standard and PCI manual are equivalent,but they were lower than the value in Germany standard. Chinese standards and PCI manual require that precast elements should not be cracked during demoulding. Equivalent beam model could be used to check for demoulding of precast slabs.
