摘  要:预应力拉索张拉是预应力钢结构施工的关键环节,张拉工艺是否合理直接影响张拉方案的可行性及施工操作的便捷性。基于索头形式及端部锚固特点对张拉工装进行分类。结合大量工程实践给出不同类型工装的设计要点、张拉工艺要求及适用范围。对张拉过程中常见问题进行分析与总结,并提出合理化建议。探讨在总体张拉工艺设计、产品与工艺结合、工装的通用性与设计原则等方面应关注和解决的问题。Prestressed cable tensioning is the key link during the construction of prestressed steel structure. The feasibility and rationality of tensioning process affect the feasibility of tension scheme and the convenience of construction operation. In this paper,the tensioning tooling is classified based on the forms of cable head and the characteristics of anchoring joint. The design key points,requirements and scope of application of tension technology are put forward combined with many engineering practice. The common problems in the process of tensioning are analyzed and summarized,and reasonable suggestions are put forward. At last,problems that should be solved and focused on tensioning process design,combination of cable products and tension technology,generality and design principle of tensioning tooling in the future are discussed.
