摘  要:随着炼钢行业的发展,钢企不但对金属锰产品中杂质元素含量的要求越来越严格,而且因某些炼钢工艺的需求对金属锰产品的尺寸及形状也提出了特殊要求。但金属锰产品较脆,在加工及运输过程中易碎,导致产品尺寸大小不易控制,粉率较高浪费严重,这一直是困扰该行业发展的一大难题。文章根据客户实际需求及生产中的实际问题,利用砂箱成型技术配合热处理工艺制备出了高强度、尺寸Φ30~50 mm的金属锰球,并通过数据分析、强度测试试验数据以及理论分析等证明,采用此工艺可制备出满足运输过程中的强度要求以及客户对其尺寸要求的金属锰产品。With the development of steelmaking industry, the steel manufacturers not only ask for the more exact demand for impurity elements contents, but also bring forward special requirements on the sizes and shapes of metal manganese for some steelmaking process. Owing to the brittleness of metal manganese, it is not easy to control the size and to reduce the powder ratio during the processing and transporting, which resulting in serious waste. It is always a big problem in the development of the industry. This paper shows that high strength metal manganese pellets with the diameter of 30~50 mm could be produced by a method that using sand mould and heat-treatment technology, taking into account the requirements of the manufacturers and the problems during the processing. The metal manganese pellets can meet the requirements of the transportation and manufactures based on statistical analysis, experimental study on the strength of manganese, as well as theoretical analysis.
