摘  要:粘土钒矿是我国重要的含钒矿产资源之一,由于现有湿法冶金利用工艺存在耗酸大、成本高等问题,至今仍没有实现其工业利用。新工艺受硅铁冶炼技术启发,从火法冶金角度提出采用矿热电炉碳热还原处理含钒粘土矿制备高硅钒铁,再采用电硅热法冶炼得到钒铁合金的新工艺。对新工艺的初步分析表明,该工艺存在解决粘土钒矿低成本提取钒的可能性。对我国钒资源的开发有一定的参考价值。There are some problems which are consumption of a large amount of acid and high cost of production during extraction of vanadium from clay vanadium ore by hydrometallurgy and it has not yet achieved its industrial utilization. In this paper, a new process is proposed which is inspired by ferrosilicon smelting. Firstly, the high silicon ferrovanadium is produced by carbon thermal reduction in submerged arc furnace, and then ferrovanadium is produced by electric silicothermic process. A preliminary analysis shows that this new process has the possibility to realize low cost extraction of vanadium from clay vanadium ore and will improve the development of vanadium resources in China.
