STUDY ON DEPHOSPHORIZATION OF HIGH P FeSi75 BY CaC_2-CaF_2 ADDITION

摘  要:利用CaC_2-CaF_2对高磷FeSi75在感应炉中进行还原脱磷试验,FeSi75的初始碳含量w(C)=0.2%~0.35%,温度为1723 K。研究了脱磷剂的加入量及比例和加入方式、FeSi75初始含碳量、试验温度及时间对脱磷率的影响。试验结果表明:在FeSi75初始碳含量w(C)=0.2%,温度为1723 K,时间5 min左右,碳活度aC=0.02~0.03时,采用脱磷剂与FeSi75混合加入法进行脱磷,最高脱磷率可达64.4%。随着初始碳含量的增加,脱磷率逐渐降低。脱磷试验过程中FeSi75的硅元素含量变化不大。A study on dephosphorization of high P FeSi75 under reducing atmosphere by adding CaC_2-CaF_2 was carried out with initial carbon contents in high P FeSi75 of w(C)=0.2%~0.35%, wihle the temperature was 1723 K. Effects of the amount and ratio of dephosphorizing agent added and it′ s adding way, the initial carbon contents in high P FeSi75, the experiment temperature and time on dephosphorization rate were studied. The experimental results show that as the initial carbon contents in high P FeSi75 is w(C)=0.2% and the experiment temperature is 1723 K and time is 5 min, aC=0.02~0.03, the best dephosphorization rateof 64.4% can get when added dephosphorizing agent mixed with FeSi75. It also indicates the dephosphorization rate decreases with the increase of initial carbon content in Fe Si75. The content of Si in high P Fe Si75 does not change much during dephosphorization.
