摘 要:相贯线在加工制造业中有着广泛的运用,但现今的装置只能实现固定回转面间的相贯线,不具有通用性,如用机器臂编程实现相贯线轨迹则较为复杂。基于此提出了一类能够实现基本回转曲面相贯线的空间机构,分析了这类机构的构成及相互转化关系,并列出了此类机构的全部类型,初步探讨了该类机构的传动特性及其在实际应用中的若干问题。该类机构既可以实现圆环面、圆柱面、圆锥面、圆球面间的相贯线轨迹,也能用于空间运动的传递和转换。Intersecting line has been widely used in the process of manufacturing. However, the current intersecting device has no universality.It can only realize the intersecting line between two constant rotary surfaces. This could be very complicated if the intersecting line was obtained through robot arm. Therefore, a kind of spatial mechanism that can achieve the intersecting line between two basic rotary surfaces has been presented. The component of this kind of mechanism and the transformation between each other were analyzed firstly, and all types of this spatial mechanism were listed. Then the transmission characteristics and some questions in practice on this kind of spatial mechanism were discussed. This kind of mechanism can realize the trajectory of intersecting line, as well as used in transmit and transition of spatial motion.
