摘  要:随着我国基础道路建设的发展,道路标识线的建立和养护需求日渐增大。通过分析传统路面划线车的优缺点,结合道路3D模型建立技术,提出一种通过使用操作终端来控制自行路面划线车运行的控制模型。根据控制模型与基于功能流的模块划分方法,确定了产品的总功能;分析产品运行过程,将总功能拆分为若干个子功能;分析了各个子功能间的关联性和独立性,将子功能归入到功能模块中。最终制订出路面划线车及其操作终端的功能模块划分方案,并进行了划线车及操作界面的设计。In order to meet the growing needs on building and maintaining road sign lines with the development of road construction,combined with road 3D modeling building technology and based on the analysis on advantages and disadvantages to traditional road marking vehicle,a control model for controlling road marking vehicle through using the operation terminal was proposed. According to the control model and module division method based on function chain,the overall function of product was determined,the overall function was separated into several sub functions through analyzing product operating process. The relevance and independence of each sub function were analyzed,the sub functions were concluded into functional module.Ultimately the division plan on road making vehicle and operation terminal function module was determined,the design on marking vehicle and its operation interface was carried out.
