摘　　要：随着分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)大量接入配电网,具备组合控制各种DG能力的主动配电网得到了大力发展,加大配电网对DG的接纳能力是主动配电网的一个显著特征。提出了以提高DG接纳能力为目标函数的配电网动态重构方法。首先构建了相应的数学模型,以一天为周期综合考虑风力和光伏2种不同类型的DG,根据不同时段DG的不同特性,提出了随时段变化的配电网动态重构模型,并用遗传算法对其进行优化,最后以改进的IEEE 33节点系统为例验证了所提模型的有效性。With a plenty of distributed generation（DG） integrated into distribution network,active distribution networks with combined DG control ability have been vigorously developed.A significant feature of active distribution network is increasing this ability.Distribution network dynamic reconfiguration method was proposed for improving the ability.Firstly,its mathematical model was constructed.Then,dynamic reconfiguration model,considering wind and photovoltaic（PV） DG with different characteristics in different periods,was put forward.Genetic algorithm was utilized to search optimal scheme.Case studies were carried out using a modified IEEE 33-node distribution network.Simulation results showed effectiveness of the proposed model.
