摘 要:为解决负荷不确定性对水火电力系统安全调度的影响,实现系统发电能耗、污染物排放和梯级水电站蓄水量最优的目标,首先引入多目标CVaR方法,将负荷需求实际值与预测值偏差作为随机变量,重新定义了含置信水平要求的调度目标函数。结合系统运行约束条件,构建了考虑存在不确定因素情景下的水火电多目标调度优化模型。然后,为了求解所提模型,在对非线性约束条件进行线性化处理后,分别应用模糊满意度理论和熵权理论模糊化和加权多目标函数,形成了属于混合整数线性规划的熵权模糊多目标CVaR模型。最后,选用6个火电厂和3个梯级水电站作为水火电调度系统,对所提模型进行算例仿真。结果表明,多目标CVaR方法适用于解决水火电调度优化问题,能够较好地反映调度结果的风险水平;熵权模糊满意度求解算法可以有效简化模型求解过程,得到最优的调度运行方案。In order to solve influence of load uncertainty on stable operation and achieve optimal objectives of power generation consumption,pollutant emissions and hydropower station storage capacity,multi-objective CVaR approach is introduced in optimization scheduling problem of hydro-thermal power systems with load uncertainty.Firstly,the paper takes deviation between actual and forecast values of load demand as a random variable; redefines scheduling of objective function with required confidence level.Considering constraints of system operation,hydro-thermal scheduling multi-objective optimization model is constructed considering multiple loss functions.Then,in order to solve the proposed model,fuzzy satisfaction theory and entropy theory are applied respectively to fuzzify and weight the multi-objective function,forming an entropy fuzzy multi-objectives CVaR model belonging to mixed integer linear programming after linearizing nonlinear constraint.Finally,six thermal power plants and three cascade hydropower stations are chosen as hydro-thermal scheduling system for simulating the proposed model.Results show that multi-objective CVaR hydro-thermal method is suitable for solving scheduling problems,better reflecting risk level; and satisfaction fuzzy entropy algorithm can effectively simplify model solving process,gaining optimal scheduling.
