摘 要:提出了一种基于双向层级结构的计及开关故障的配电系统可靠性评估算法。首先以断路器或隔离开关为边界元件将配电系统划分为断路器块和隔离开关块,并提出了基于广度遍历算法的分块方法。为简化可靠性评估过程,采用顺向层级矩阵传递元件块故障对下游负荷可靠性指标的影响,采用逆向层级矩阵传递隔离开关块故障对上游负荷可靠性指标的影响。分析了开关与相邻元件块故障后果的异同,提出了将开关可靠性数据融合至相邻元件块中通过双向传递过程计及开关故障的影响。应用该算法对RBTS-BUS6进行可靠性评估,结果表明该算法能显著提高计算效率,适用于计及开关故障的复杂配电系统可靠性评估。This paper proposed a new reliability evaluation method for distribution system taking switch faults into account based on bidirectional hierarchical structure.Firstly,distribution system was divided into breaker blocks and disconnector blocks with breaker or disconnector as boundary and a block method based on breadth traversal algorithm was proposed.To simplify reliability assessment process,sequential hierarchy matrix was used to transfer impact of element block faults on downstream load reliability indexes while reverse hierarchy matrix was used to transfer impact of disconnector block faults on upstream load reliability indexes.A method of integrating switch reliability data into adjacent block was proposed to take switch faults into account through bidirectional transfer process based on analyzing similarities and differences of fault consequences between switch and adjacent block.The proposed algorithm was applied to evaluate reliability of RBTS-BUS6 system.Results show that the algorithm can significantly improve calculation efficiency and is suitable for complex distribution systems reliability assessment considering switch failure.
