摘  要:功角失稳和电压失稳是2种常见的失稳模式,是分析电网特性和决策的重要基础,但由于外在现象的相似性而难以区分。结合实际电网的主要特点和功角失稳、电压失稳的基本原理,提出了基于振荡中心和负荷区域低电压形态的失稳模式判别方法。振荡中心反映了2个同调机群的振荡中心位置,是识别功角失稳的重要指标。电压失稳表现为负荷中心电压持续较低并难以恢复,利用电压失稳和功角失稳对应的电压形态差异性是比较有效的方法。功角失稳和电压失稳需要在网络结构分析的基础之上进行综合分析判断。最后采用实际算例介绍了识别方法的基本过程,并验证了有效性。As base of power network analysis,angle instability and voltage instability are two main types of instability mode.Because of external similarity it is difficult to distinguish them from each other.This paper presents an identification method of transient angle instability and voltage instability based on oscillation center and voltage curve characteristic considering power network characteristic and basic theory.Oscillation center is the center between two homological generator groups and can be used to identify angle instability.Voltage instability always causes low bus voltage for a long time and difficult restoration.Voltage curve difference between angle instability and voltage instability can be used to identify voltage instability.Angle instability and voltage instability should be analyzed and indentified comprehensively based on power network analysis.Finally,actual power networks are used to present identification process and verify its validity.
