利福昔明片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗中老年急性感染性腹泻84例

摘　　要：目的:探讨利福昔明片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对中老年急性感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年5月至2015年12月期间在我院就诊的84例中老年急性感染性腹泻患者,按就诊次序随机分为两组,其中观察组给予利福昔明片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊口服,对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊口服,对比两组患者不同治疗方案的疗效、症状积分、平均止泻时间以及不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率观察组92.86%(39/42),对照组76.19%(32/42),差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后症状积分观察组(1.42±0.82)分,对照组(2.36±1.93)分,差异显著(P<0.05);平均止泻时间观察组(40.66±11.45)h,对照组(48.23±12.28)h,差异显著(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组4.76%(2/42),对照组7.14%(3/42),无显著差异。结论:治疗中老年急性感染性腹泻,采用利福昔明片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊可提高治疗效果,缩短止泻时间,减轻患者痛苦,同时不良反应率低,用药安全。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of rifaximin tablet combined with Bifid-triple viable capsule in middle-aged and elderly patients of acute infectious diarrhea. Methods： Totally 84 middle-aged and elderly patients of acute infectious diarrhea treated in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The subjects were randomly and equally divided into two groups. They took rifaximin tablet combined with Bifid-triple viable capsule or Bifid-triple viable capsule alone（ control）. The curative effects,symptom scores,average time of checking diarrhea and adverse event rates of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was higher in combination group（ 92. 86%,39 /42） than in control group（ 76. 19%,32 /42; P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the symptom scores were significantly lower in combination group（ 1. 42 ± 0. 82） than in control group（ 2. 36 ±1. 93,P〈0. 05）. Average time of checking diarrhea was significantly shorter in combination group（ 40. 66 ±11. 45 h） than in control group（ 48. 23 ± 12. 28,P〈0. 05）. The adverse event rates had no significant difference between combination group（ 4. 76%,2 /42） and control group（ 7. 14%,3 /42; P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of rifaximin tablets with Bifid-triple viable capsule has a better efficacy in the middle-aged and elderlypatients of acute infectious diarrhea,shortening the time of checking diarrhea and relieving the patient＇s pain. The adverse event rate is low,so the therapy is safe.
