摘　　要：梳理了美国武器装备需求生成系统发展的历程,分析了美军装备需求与采办系统的基本框架,从需求发起、需求生成、需求细化、需求监管等入手,深入剖析了美国空军机载武器需求生成和采办执行的基本流程,最后总结了美军装备需求生成管理的特点,从"需求生成"、"需求细化"、"需求验证"、"技术保障"4个方面提出了加强我国装备需求生成管理的几个建议。The development of the requirements generation system of the U. S. weapon and equip- ment is summarized, and then the basic framework of the equipment requirements and the acquisition sys- tem of the U.S. army is discussed. In addition, the basic process of the equipment requirements and the acquisition system of the U.S. air force is analyzed based on the requirements initiation, generation, re- finement and supervision. Finally, the characteristics of the management of the U. S. army equipment re- quirements are summarized and some constructive advices are proposed.
