摘  要:通过在AOD冶炼的热轧(直径65mm)圆管022Cr25Ni7Mo4N钢坯上切取试样,研究不同的热穿孔和冷加工工艺参数对钢中两相(铁素体和奥氏体)的比例、σ相析出和溶解特点及对钢性能的影响。结果表明:σ相析出的敏感温度区为850-900℃,σ相完全溶解温度为1 010℃。结合热穿孔的特点,圆管坯热穿孔的加热温度为1 080-1 180℃。为避免加热过程中产生裂纹的可能,在σ相析出的温度区内,应避免重复加热或长时间保温。采用合适的热穿孔和冷加工工艺后,无缝钢管成品满足相关标准的要求。Samples were taken from65mm round tube blank of 022Cr25Ni7Mo4 Nafter AOD and hot rolling.Tests were made with different parameters of hot piercing and cold working to find relationship among them and the ratio of two phases,characteristics of precipitation and dissolution ofσphase and the properties.The results show thatσphase precipitates at 850—900℃.Complete dissolution temperature ofσphase is 1 010℃.Combining with characteristics of hot piercing,the heating temperature should be 1 080—1 180℃.Repeated heating and long time heating in precipitate temperature range ofσphase should be avoided to eliminate crack during heating.With suitable parameters of hot piercing and cold working,seamless tubes can meet requirements of relevant standards.
