不同矮化砧木对苹果树体生长及矮化相关基因表达的影响

摘　　要：以砧木Y系和SH40实生后代及嫁接的红富士苹果为试材,探讨了不同砧木对树体生长及矮化相关基因表达的影响,以期为深入研究苹果砧木致矮机理提供理论依据。结果表明:Y-1和2号砧木上品种树高分别为乔化对照的51%和65.5%。Y-1砧木在6-8月份的GA20ox1基因表达强度均显著低于对照,其上嫁接的品种8月份表达强度显著低于对照。NCED1基因在6月份的表达强度显著高于对照,7-8月份的显著低于对照;其上嫁接的品种7月份的表达强度显著高于对照,而8月份的显著低于对照。在7-8月份2号砧木及嫁接品种GA20ox1基因和NCED1基因的表达强度均显著低于对照。To study the effects of different dwarfing rootstocks on the apple tree growth and the gene expression related to dwarfing,the rootstocks Y series and SH40 seedling progenies with the‘Red Fuji＇grafted on were used as materials in this experiment,hoping to provide molecular theoretical basis for the research of dwarfing mechanism on rootstocks.The results showed that the tree heights of the varieties on Y-1and No.2rootstocks were 51% and65.5% of the vigorous control.The expression of GA20ox1 in Y-1rootstock was significantly lower than that of the vigorous stock control from June to August,and the expression of GA20ox1 in the variety grafted on Y-1was significantly lower than that of the control in August.The expression of NCED1 in Y-1rootstock was significantly higher in June and lower from July to August than that of the vigorous stock,and the expression in the variety graftedon Y-1was significantly higher in July while lower in August than that of the vigorous control.The expressions of GA20ox1 and NCED1 in No.2rootstock and the grafted varieteies were significantly lower than that of the vigorous control from July to August.
