摘　　要："四个全面"战略思想是十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央从坚持和发展中国特色社会主义全局出发逐步形成的一个重要的战略思想。"四个全面"战略思想有着深厚的世界观、认识论和方法论基础,是对马克思主义唯物辩证法和历史唯物主义的生动运用,体现了目的与手段、全局与重点、主观与客观、认识与实践、理想与现实的辩证统一。"四个全面"战略思想具有重大的战略意义,它是中国共产党顺应时代发展和人民要求的理论创新,是实现中华民族伟大复兴"中国梦"的行动纲领,是对我们党治国理政实践经验的科学总结和丰富发展,是中国特色社会主义理论体系发展的新成果。＂ Four comprehensives＂ strategic thinking is proposed by the Communist Party of China（CPC） central committee with Jinping Xi as the general secretary,which gradually becomes an important global strategic thinking and focus on maintaining and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.＂Four comprehensives＂strategic thinking has a profound worldview,and epistemological and methodological basis. It is a vivid application of Marxist materialist dialectics and historical materialism. It reflects the dialectical unity between purpose and means,the focus and overall situation,the subjective and the objective,understanding and practice, and ideal and reality. ＂ Four comprehensives＂ strategic thinking has great strategic significance. It is CPC＇s theoretical innovation complying with the requirements of the times and the people,program of the action to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, i.e.＂China Dream＂,scientific summary and rich development of CPC＇s experiences in managing the country,and the new achievements of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
