摘 要:针对传统的功率特性评估方法难以对未配置测风塔的风电机组进行评估的问题,对基于机舱风速计的功率特性评估方法进行了研究。在深入剖析机舱风速与测风塔风速相关性的基础上,依托IEC 61400-12-2标准,提出了二者之间最优拟合关系为分区间段的机舱传递函数(BinnedNTF)。利用Binned-NTF对机舱风速进行校正,并用计算出的空气密度对数据进行标准化,得到机组的实测功率曲线、风能利用系数曲线和理论年发电量。研究应用表明,该方法在不增加测风设备经济成本的情况下,可以对未配置测风塔的风电机组进行功率特性评估,能够及时有效地维护风电场的利益。In view of the difficulty in measuring the power performance of wind turbines with no meteorological mast by traditional power performance measuring methods,the nacelle anemometer based power performance measuring method is studied.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the relationship between the free wind speed and the nacelle wind speed and relying on IEC 61400-12-2standard,the segmented nacelle transfer function(Binned-NTF)is proposed as the optimal fitting relationship.By using Binned-NTF to correct nacelle wind speed and performing data normalization through the air density calculated,the measured power curve,wind energy utilization factor curve and theoretical annual energy production(AEP)are finally obtained.Application shows that without increasing the cost of wind measuring equipment,this method can be used to verify the power performance of wind turbines with no meteorological mast,thereby timely and effectively protecting the benefits of wind farms.
