摘 要:跨区跨省电量交易是实现电能资源大范围优化配置的一种重要手段。随着特高压电网的建设,电网结构日益复杂,这对跨区跨省交易的路径组织提出了挑战。文中提出将网络流理论引入中长期跨区跨省电量交易路径优化,分别建立了传统网络流优化模型和拓展网络流优化模型。模型以社会福利最大为目标,考虑输电通道容量限制和多方转运的输电网损等约束。最后,采用国内简化的输电网架结构针对两种路径优化建模方法进行实例验证和比较分析,结果显示,两种方法都能完成跨省跨区交易路径优化,且扩展网络流方法更优,能够解决复杂电网结构下的路径优化问题和多种交易成份并发的问题,并能形成完整交易路径,为国内大规模跨区跨省交易的复杂路径优化提供了新的解决思路。Trans-regional and trans-provincial electricity transactions are an important means to realizing large scope of electric energy resources optimization configuration.With the development of ultra-high voltage(UHV)power grid,power grid structure is getting increasingly complicated than ever before,posing challenges to path optimization of trans-regional and trans-provincial electricity transactions.The network flow theory is introduced into the mid-and long-term trans-regional and trans-provincial electricity transactions.The traditional network flow method and the expanded network flow method are put forward,respectively.The optimization model takes maximum social welfare as the objective, while considering the transmission channel capacity and transmission loss constraints.Finally,by using the simplified transmission structure in the country,two different path optimization modeling methods are verified and comparatively analyzed.The results show that the expanded network flow method is even better in achieving path optimization in complicated grid structure and solving concurrent problem while forming an integral path,providing a new line of thought to optimization of complicated path for large-scale trans-regional and trans-provincial electricity transactions.
