摘 要:为了实现轴类零件的轻量化,提出了一种不同材料层合轴楔横轧成形的新方法。42CrMo和Q235两种钢分别被用作层合轴的外层和内层,并对层合轴进行了楔横轧成形。利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对楔横轧不同材料层合轴成形过程进行了模拟分析,得出了42CrMo/Q235钢层合轴轧制过程中楔入段与展宽段的应变分布。结果表明:径向应变是影响层合轴轧制的主要因素;在楔入段时,界面对楔横轧层合轴的成形影响较小;展宽段的横向应变、径向应变、轴向应变的变化都很大,展宽段是层合轴界面结合的主要阶段。In order to realize the lightweight of shaft parts, a new method for cross wedge rolling of laminated shaft with different materials was put forward. Two kinds of steel 42CrMo and Q235 were used as the outer and inner layers of the laminated axis respectively.And the cross wedge rolling forming of the laminated shaft was carried out. The forming process of different material layers in cross wedge rolling was simulated by using finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The strain distribution of 42CrMo/Q235 steel laminated shaft in wedge stage and spreading stage during rolling process was obtained. The results show that the radial strain is the main factor affecting the rolling of laminated axis; in the wedge section,the influence of the interface on cross wedge rolling laminated shaft forming is less; the changes of the transverse strain, radial strain and axial strain of the spreading stage are very large, so the spreading stage is the main stage of the laminated axis interface agglutinating.
