摘  要:环件径轴向轧制成形技术是生产大型高品质无缝环件的最佳加工方法。本文通过对比分析不同厚度和高度环坯条件下的环件变形状态,揭示了大型环件径轴向轧制成形的环坯形状效应。研究发现,较小的环件毛坯厚度和高度会改善大型环件径轴向轧制的锻透性,两者都有助于环件直径的增大和环件变形均匀性的提高,同时对于提高成形过程中环件截面的成形质量也有利。The radial-axial rolling forming technology of ring parts is the optimum processing method to produce high quality large seamless ring. The shape effect of ring blank of the large ring radial-axial rolling process was revealed by comparing and analyzing the deformation state of the ring under the condition of different thickness and height. It is found that the smaller ring blank thickness and height can improve forging penetration of the large ring radial-axial rolling process. Both contribute to the increase of ring diameter and the increase of the deformation uniformity of the ring. Meanwhile, it is also advantageous to improve the forming quality of the ring section in the forming process.
